Security glass is a material made from inorganic materials or a combination and processing of inorganic and organic materials. Compared to ordinary glass, it withstands impacts without breaking, regardless of whether it breaks. General civilian tempered glass is made by heat-treating ordinary glass to increase its strength by 3-5 times. It can withstand a certain amount of external impact or temperature changes without breaking. Even if it breaks, the entire piece of glass shatters into small, blunt-angled particles similar to a honeycomb, making it less likely to cause injury, thus providing a certain level of safety. Tempered glass cannot be cut; it must be cut to size before tempering and has a "self-exploding" characteristic.
