Explosion-proof glass is a type of glass designed to withstand violent impacts. It's a special type of glass manufactured using special additives and an interlayer of film. Even if broken, the glass won't easily shatter into pieces because the interlayer material (PVB film) or the other side of the explosion-proof glass is fully bonded together. Therefore, explosion-proof glass can significantly reduce injury to people and valuables in the event of a violent impact.

The film thickness used in explosion-proof glass includes 0.76mm, 1.14mm, and 1.52mm, etc. The thicker the film, the better the explosion-proof effect of the glass.
