Choose suitable glass and plastic film. Tempered glass or laminated glass is generally used, while the plastic film is typically made of polymers such as polyvinyl alcohol (PVB) or polycarbonate (PC).

Lay the glass and plastic film together in a specific order and thickness to form a multi-layered composite structure. Generally, the glass layer is on the outside, and the plastic film layer is on the inside, with the glass layer being thicker than the plastic film layer.

Place the laminated composite structure in a vacuum hot press for high-temperature and high-pressure treatment, which removes air bubbles and impurities between the glass and plastic film, forming a tight bond.

The treated composite structure undergoes subsequent processes such as cutting, grinding, and cleaning to achieve the required size and shape, ultimately becoming bulletproof glass.
